This stunning outdoor swimming pool was designed and constructed by Guncast for a London resident who rents a Cotswolds estate out as a holiday home.

The client wanted to create a relaxing space within the estate, which is in the small peaceful village of Temple Guiting in the Cotswolds, in Gloucestershire.

The swimming pool had to blend into the natural, green surroundings whilst being sympathetic to the listed building and listed cow byre in the walled garden.

It also had to complement the traditional Cotswold architecture and the Cotswold stone.

As this pool was required for both domestic and semi-commercial use, Guncast installed a pool filtration system which could be reduced or increased, to cater accordingly.

Guncast collaborated on this project which included a swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, steam room, and gym designed and built to be used by the whole family.

The primary purpose of the family pool is for relaxing, playing, and swimming, while enjoying the view of the private garden.

The premium KLAFS steam room, with steam chimney, is finished in pearlescent mosaics, whilst the premium KLAFS Sauna is made from Hemlock, with Obeche benches.

The Guncast team worked closely with the property owners, who wanted to create a commercial spa feel to their private wellness area.
